​1. General information on terms and conditions and contracts on the Internet

1.1 This formulated contractual condition applies because in today's business transactions a detailed individual contract is not negotiated with each individual customer. You order from our online shop on our terms. This applies to services and deliveries that the customer concludes with the seller in the online shop.

2. Delivery time, delivery restrictions

2.1 The goods will be dispatched as soon as possible and the delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer as agreed.  In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer (contractual partner) is not entitled to reimbursement of costs.

4 Right of withdrawal

4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
