​1. General information on terms and conditions and contracts concluded on the internet

1.1 These standard terms and conditions apply because, in today's business transactions, a detailed individual contract is not negotiated with every single customer. You order from our ready-made online shop under our terms and conditions. This applies to services and deliveries that the customer concludes with the seller in the online shop.

1.2 Deviations and minor changes to the delivery and our pictures are possible, as the color of our flours used changes slightly depending on the season.

1.3 Our goods are carefully inspected and packaged by us. Should they not arrive in good order, please take photographs and inform us.

1.4 All our prices include 13% VAT

1.5 By ordering in the online shop, you accept our terms and conditions. 

1.6 All our prices and offers are non-binding. 

1.7 If an order cannot be delivered in full due to our stock level, it is up to us whether we process a partial delivery, but the customer will be informed by email, SMS or Whats App message. informed about it. 

1.8 An order can only be placed if all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the order form are completed. If information is missing or we cannot accept the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message.

1.9 The purchase contract is saved by us and is not accessible to the customer via our web shop. 

1.10 Our contractual language is German.

2. Delivery time, delivery restrictions

2.1 The goods will be shipped as quickly as possible and delivery will be made as agreed to the address provided by the customer. The customer (contractual partner) is not entitled to compensation for costs incurred due to a delay in delivery.

2.2 If the goods are not delivered correctly, they will be returned to the seller via the delivery service or transport company. The buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

2.3 Self-collection is possible. You can collect the purchased goods at the address listed above. Opening hours can be found on the website. We will contact you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp message.

2.4 The web shop is geared towards Austria.

3. Prices, shipping costs and payment methods

3.1 All prices are total prices. They include all taxes, including VAT and duties, as well as shipping costs, unless these are shown separately.

3.1 We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, credit and debit cards, and payment on site. Further payment options can be found on the website.

3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is obligated to pay the full purchase price upon conclusion of the contract. Delivery of the goods will only take place after receipt of the payment in our bank account.

4 Right of withdrawal

4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

4.2 The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

4.3 In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the                            Send cancellation period. 

4.4 Consequences of revocation.

 4.4.2 For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless               because something else was expressly agreed with you. 

4.4.3 We can withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof                that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. 

4.4.4 You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to an examination of the                                The nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods is not due to the necessary handling of them. 

4.4.5 There is no right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

6 Retention of Title

6.1 The goods remain our property until full payment.

6.2 Effect of retention of title.

6.2.1 If the customer is in default of payment, we are entitled to assert our rights from the retention of title.

         It is agreed that the assertion of the retention of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract unless we declare the                  Withdrawal from the contract expressly.

7. Applicable Law

7.1 According to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG), businesses can voluntarily submit to an alternative dispute resolution procedure instead of court proceedings in disputes with consumers. Additionally, the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (ODR Regulation) applies to online contracts.

7.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies exclusively.

8 Notes

8.1 All feed and goods offered on our online shop are used for fishing and are not suitable for human consumption.

9 Data protection

9.1 Personal data is processed in every online shop. Therefore, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, in particular when cookies are used, the Telecommunications Act (TKG) must be observed. In any case, information must be provided about every type of processing of personal data, including data processed via cookies (privacy policy); in certain cases of data processing, consent must also be obtained.

9.2 All data is treated confidentially and is only collected to process orders.

11 Severability Clause

11.1 If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions or the contract they supplement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the contract and these General Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect for both parties. The contracting parties are obligated to agree on a new provision that takes into account the interests of both parties.
